Networking Meeting of NRCC&FIBA about Northern Sea route, Kara and Pechora Sea and Yamal on 19 June in Murmansk

On the next Networking Meeting of NRCC&FIBA in Murmansk on 19 June, the main subject will be the possibilities for Murmansk-based companies to take part in the development of the Russian Arctic.  The two cooperating organizations have invited a number of interesting persons to give a picture about the perspectives. Topic are the Northern Sea route, oil and gas resources in the Kara Sea, Pechora Sea and in the Yamal area. As we all will learn: concrete commercial activities in connection with the Artic future will start in Murmansk already this summer and Norwegian companies will participate.

The Networking meeting will take place in Park Inn Poliarnie Zori on 19 June between 16:00 and 20:00, including “networking with refreshments”. The participation is free for members and friends of the two business organisations NRCC (Norwegian-Russian Chamber of Commerce) and FIBA (Foreign Investors Business Association Murmansk). There will be a simultaneous interpretation English-Russian.

For details please have a look at the attached program information. In addition to the topics on that program we will have a presentation by Vadim Ulanov (SIVA-Tech Murmansk). He will report about his trip with a business delegation including participants from Murmansk to Yamal and Salekhard in the beginning of June. The program will be updated before the meeting.

The number of participants of the Networking Meeting is limited to 50 persons. Ulrich Kreuzenbeck, head of co-organizer FIBA, recommends to apply for participation as soon as possible (see attachment).
